This workshop is an invitation to slow down, breathe, and meet yourself with presence. Together, we will explore somatic practices that support nervous system regulation, emotional release, inner safety, and embodied self-connection — allowing your body to guide you back home to yourself.

This is not a “performance” or a class you must get right.
It is a held, supportive, non-judgmental space to simply be with what’s true as it arises within your awareness.

This will also be an opportunity to connect with your inner-child! Play and laughter are encouraged.
